Core Team:

Alice Dommert

Founder, CEO + Wholebeing Architect
I help catalyze the power of change.

In 2nd grade, I announced I'd be an architect, never imagining the zig-zagging journey ahead or emerging with a deep commitment to catalyzing the power of change as the energy for connection, innovation, and growth.

I’ve always admired people with "mashup" professional lives: an MD who became an architect, a chemist who transformed into a key business consultant. They see what others miss, stand out with fresh perspectives, and thrive on the energy of transformation. Inspired by their paths, I began to forge my own.

I started as a licensed architect and then became an exhibit designer. I honed my strategic planning and design thinking skills, helping organizations envision expansion, transformation, and growth.

Motherhood brought new expectations and pressures, prompting me to seek tools to navigate uncertainty. Yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and resilience became my way of life. When the economy turned in 2008, I had the clarity and readiness to pivot.

Prasada was born in 2009 to empower others with strategies that transformed my life. Combining architecture, exhibit design, positive psychology, and leadership development, Prasada offers science-based approaches that go beyond traditional corporate wellness. We teach personal and organizational wholebeing—where emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being thrive. And most importantly, we guide people to master the art of change.

At Prasada, we address today's challenges, from rapid change to fostering connection in hybrid environments. Our programs cultivate resilience, collaboration, and innovation, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.

As Marty Seligman and Gabriella Rosen Kellerman state in Tomorrowmind: "Change is coming faster every day. How will you respond?" At Prasada, we help people and teams embrace change, transforming workplaces into life-giving environments where innovation and success flourish.

In 2023, I co-founded The Infinite Center to expand our reach. We offer retreats and programs focused on self-discovery, breathwork, the enneagram, and personal growth.

Outside of work, I'm an avid reader and hiker who loves connecting people to live and work better together.

Jarrod Matteson

Partner, CFO + Wholebeing Integrator
I guide growth in life, business, and inner transformation.

As a child, I was endlessly curious—always asking “why” and finding joy in uncovering how things worked. That curiosity became my compass, leading me on a journey through vastly different worlds, from mathematics to high-stakes real estate law to the deeply human realms of mindfulness, personal growth, and transformation. Looking back, I see the threads that connect it all: a love of learning, a drive to understand the deeper layers of life, and a passion for sharing what I’ve discovered to help others along their paths.

For over 25 years, meditation has been my anchor, teaching me how to listen deeply—to myself, others, and the world around me. That practice shaped my ability to see connections between experiences and to approach life with curiosity and purpose. It’s what inspired me to step away from a thriving legal career, where I specialized in complex transactions at a global law firm. While I valued the precision and structure that legal work demanded, I felt a pull toward something more expansive: helping others navigate the complexities of their inner worlds.

That pull brought me to Prasada, where I serve as CFO and Integrator. I bring a strategic mindset and a love of structure to a mission-driven organization focused on empowering individuals and teams with the skills and strategies needed to connect, lead, and evolve through change. At the same time, I co-founded The Infinite Center, where I design transformative retreats and experiences. This venture weaves together my professional expertise and years of study as a certified YOGABODY Breathing Coach, a member of the International Enneagram Association, and a graduate of Psychedelics Today’s Vital Program in Psychedelic Therapies and Integration.

At the heart of my work is a passion for sharing knowledge—not as an answer, but as an invitation for others to explore their own journeys. Whether facilitating retreats or coaching clients, I guide individuals toward deeper self-discovery and meaningful growth, using tools like breathwork, the Enneagram, and compassionate community. My approach fosters both safety and challenge, helping others unlock their potential with clarity and courage.

Outside of work, you’ll find me practicing Qigong, attending retreats, or learning a new skill. These simple moments remind me of what matters most: presence, connection, and the joy of continuous discovery.

Let’s connect to explore how intentional inner work can catalyze growth for yourself, your team, or your organization.
