Sometimes I wonder about this practice of yoga. How can it be that the core of it is so simple and yet the practice is so incredibly powerful.

Be here now, Breathe.

And then do that over and over again.

This week, that is all I have for you. BE in your life, fully engaged. See what is real, what matters. And let the rest fall away.

Move your body in ways that feel good. Listen to your inner child and do what brings joy.

Be here now, Breathe.

Be well…it’s a state of mind.
