Alice Dommert
Founder + Partner
With Prasada, Alice and her team create 360 degrees of workplace wholebeing. Drawing on her background in architecture, exhibit design, storytelling, human resources, positive psychology, yoga, and mindfulness, she brings ease and beauty to the workplace, often finding simple, elegant approaches to challenges. She works closely with HR professionals and executive teams to plan and design programs that support corporate cultures where people can thrive.
Clients are unanimous in their praise of Alice’s commitment to helping them solve problems. Her corporate professionalism and ability to truly connect with people provide a comfortable environment for exploring and building wholebeing practices. Her biggest passion is designing ways for groups to gather for exceptional experiences to connect, collaborate, and thrive.

Jarrod Matteson
Partner
Jarrod's journey is rooted in over 25 years of daily meditation and a lifelong commitment to personal growth. He is a certified YOGABODY Breathing Coach, a member of the International Enneagram Association, and a graduate of Psychedelics Today’s Vital Program in Psychedelic Therapies and Integration.
His expertise as a preparation and integration coach allows him to skillfully guide clients through meaningful inner work, combining mindfulness practices, breathwork, and Enneagram insights to foster clarity, resilience, and personal growth.
Before joining Prasada, Jarrod built a thriving career as a seasoned attorney specializing in commercial real estate law. His work with global law firm DLA involved navigating complex leasing, finance, acquisition, and joint venture transactions. This professional foundation instilled a sharp analytical mindset and a deep understanding of the importance of structure and precision—qualities he brings to his coaching and leadership.
At Prasada’s Infinite Center, Jarrod's focus is on crafting transformative retreats and experiences that blend compassionate community, mindful practices, and actionable insights. Leveraging tools like the Enneagram and breathwork, he helps individuals explore their motivations, overcome challenges, and move toward their highest potential. His approach is rooted in creating spaces that honor safety and challenge, allowing participants to navigate their personal journeys with confidence and courage.
Outside of Jarrod's professional roles, he is drawn to Qigong, meditation, and exploring the intersection of mindfulness and leadership. His greatest joy comes from helping others unlock their potential, reconnect with their inner strength, and build lives of balance, purpose, and authenticity.

Sarah Murray
Director of Communications + Engagement
Sarah joined Prasada in 2012 and brought her unique and diverse background of experience to the team. From a corporate career in Media Communications and Marketing to owning her own business in the Health and Wellness Industry, she knows firsthand the importance of wholebeing practices in the workplace.
She was an integral part of the growth of Prasada in the early years before taking some time off to be at home with her growing family. She later returned to the team to continue working directly with clients and help serve and guide them through planning and delivering successful programs that matter. In addition, she has been an essential part of the expansion of many programs and our growing team across the United States.
Her passion for people and her ability to understand clients' needs and collaborate with them has built relationships with many organizations that have lasted for years. Finding new ways to keep people connected and engaged is what she is all about.

Stacy Hines
Wholebeing Coordinator
Stacy's attention to detail and unrivaled organizational skills keep the Prasada team on track and running like a well-oiled machine. With her at the helm of the daily ins and outs, we can showcase our professionalism and ability to keep growing with our client’s needs.
Stacy is the Master Coordinator managing the day-to-day operations at Prasada. She works closely with clients to schedule programs, chair massages, and health fairs across the United States. Her attention to detail and Jedi-like organization skills keep the Prasada team on track and running like a well-oiled machine.
Extensive experience in account management across many industries, including publishing, event planning, telecommunications, and corporate wellness, make Stacy an invaluable member of the Prasada team. She works closely with clients assisting with program scheduling, tech support, and billing.
When she is not organizing the Prasada team, you can find Stacy traveling to one of the many track, basketball, or soccer games for her two children, enjoying some alone time on a run, or dreaming about her next travel adventure with her family.

Francine Bonjour-Carter
Wholebeing Guide
Francine weaves stories, writing, embodiment, and art, in order to take people on a journey to their deeper selves. Her studies and interest in mythology, the Feldenkrais Method, psychology, and family constellations nourish her creative journey and make her work uniquely rich and grounding. Francine lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband and two teenage daughters, a howling dog, a mischievous cat, and a few snakes.
Kim Crowley
Dance Guide
Kim specializes in helping people find a path to wellness that they enjoy. Her knowledge, motivational style, energy, and compassion make clients feel safe, engaged, and understood. Kim holds a Personal Trainer Certification from ACE and Primary Group Fitness Certification from AFAA. She began her fitness career as a Zumba® Fitness instructor, and she has gone on to expand her education to include Muscle Conditioning, Cardio Kickboxing, Aqua Fitness, TRX, Senior Exercise, Parkinson's Fitness, HIIT, and Zumba Kids®.
Jack Curley
Wholebeing Guide
Jack is a certified mindfulness teacher, yoga instructor, and a former Civil Engineer in Water Resources who has worked globally on many public and private projects. He has been meditating since he was a teenager and formally trained with the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, a mindfulness-based emotional intelligence training developed at Google that incorporates mindfulness practices, neuroscience, and emotional intelligence.
Marco Dapkey
Functional Movement Guide
Marco is a lifelong athlete with a B.S. in Exercise Science from West Chester University. He began practicing yoga and mindfulness to regain his health after a cancer diagnosis in 2010. This path led him to find his passion for CrossFit. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Crossfit Coach Level 1 & 2, U.S.A.W. Sports Performance Level 1, and a 6x CrossFit Games Regional Competitor and owner of Crossfit MFP in Havertown, PA. Through CrossFit and functional movement, his positive attitude inspires everyone he encounters.
Marguerite Faison
Wholebeing Guide + Massage Therapist
Following her service to her country in the United States Navy, Marguerite worked as an insurance claims examiner for the bereaved and the traumatically injured. She is extremely sensitive to the stress and anxiety that face people today, and it was a natural progression for her to seek a career as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2012, where she can positively impact the lives of everyone she touches. She finds her greatest joy in being a wife and mother, and she feels most powerful, yet humble while serving her community through volunteerism, public service, and philanthropy.
Bob Fisher
Functional Movement Guide
Bob is the owner of i50fit and a personal fitness trainer and nutritional counselor certified by the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), certified Silver Sneaker instructor, and Brains and Balance Past 60TM instructor. He is also a certified Functional Aging Specialist and Senior Fitness Specialist. Bob focuses on coaching those 50 and over, and is specifically trained to adapt activities for people with medical conditions and physical limitations.
Virginia Focht-New
Ph.D., PMH-CNS, BCB, NADD-CC + Wholebeing Guide
Ginny has a Ph.D. in Nursing and is a therapist; recently retired Social Work Clinical Associate Professor (current adjunct) and Associate Clinical Director for a clinic through Widener University. She specializes in treating trauma. Certified as a psychiatric clinical nurse specialist with additional certification in biofeedback, as a Dual Diagnosis Specialist with NADD (people with intellectual differences and mental health needs), and with the Amen Clinics as a Certified Brain Health Professional. Ginny recently completed certification in Neurofeedback.
Tracy George

Tracy George is a health and wellness leader and a graduate of the Yale University School of Public Health where she was co-creator of The Good Life Center, Yale University's first student wellness center. With a background in Social + Behavioral Sciences, Mindfulness, Yoga, and Mindful Outdoor Leadership, Tracy brings a unique set of integrative skills to Prasada and the ability to connect deeply with clients.
Denise Grotz
Functional Movement Guide
Denise has been an athlete her entire life. After playing collegiate soccer and a career in Corporate Finance, this mom of 3 boys decided to follow her true passion, fitness. She is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and class instructor at Orangetheory Fitness. As an avid runner and fitness enthusiast, she has completed 4 full marathons, 20 half marathons, endless 10 milers, 10ks, and 5ks. Her unstoppable energy has led her to complete 5 Spartan races including the Spartan Trifecta.
Nicole Hammond
Social Media + Breathwork guide
Nicole is a certified Psychedelic Preparation & Integration Coach and a Neurodynamic Breathwork Facilitator. Her professional training includes Loka Yoga Pranayama breathwork teacher training, Meditation teacher training, Yin yoga teacher training, the Being True To You Addiction & Recovery Coaching Program certification, 35-hr Trauma and Somatics practitioners training certification, Neurodynamic Breathwork Facilitators certification, and Psychedelics Today 12-month Vital Program in Psychedelic Therapy and Integration. In a past life of hers, she completed an associates in Fine Art, Elementary Education, and a major in Environmental Studies with a minor in Physical Geography.

Habits Guide
Debbie holds numerous coaching certifications, including a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach Certification, Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach, Lifestyle Medicine Coach, and is also trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. She has a Masters degree in Counseling with expertise in motivation and behavior change. With over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness field, her approach is research-based, solution-oriented, holistic, and always positive. Her coaching focus is simple: empower others to successfully reach their goals through small, consistent, realistic actions using a process that feels good and achievable.
Kate Howell

Kate has been teaching Yoga since 2010, is a mother of two, and is a trained birth doula. She has co-taught the Wake Up Yoga Foundational Teacher Training Program and launched a Community Yoga Program at the East Passyunk Community Center in South Philadelphia. With a background in movement theatre, Kate’s teaching is inspired by the integration of ritual, breath, and movement. Her approach is Trauma-Informed and focused on nervous system regulation, with an emphasis on conscious breathing and the mind-body connection.
Angelina Liguori
Nutrition Guide
Angelina Liguori holds a bachelor of science in nutrition and dietetics. She takes a holistic approach and implores a different perspective, emphasizing the highly intelligent and innate healing mechanisms of the body and how to support them naturally. Marrying her formal science and alchemy background with her passion for food and where it comes from, cooking since childhood, and almost 20 years in the restaurant and fine dining industry, she creates magic in the kitchen. Angelina believes food is meant to be pleasurable, and enhance life by fostering a nourishing, sensational experience.
Saunna Shetty
Nutrition Guide
Saunna is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer, Level 1 CrossFit Coach, and Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach. A firm believer in the phrase, ‘Movement is medicine,’ Saunna has started her day with a workout for the past 15 yrs and has since coached a wide variety of clients. Besides learning traditional Indian dancing in her adolescence, she also practices Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art dance form.

Nicole is an engaging facilitator, coach, and expert in the VIA Character Strengths. Trained at The Wholebeing Institute, she uses Positive Psychology to teach resilience, improve relationships, engage teams, and increase growth opportunities for personal and organizational success. Nicole has been part of coordinating programs in Positive Psychology for The Wholebeing Institute at Kripalu and at the University of Pennsylvania.
Amy Ward Brimmer

Amy , M.A. is a certified teaching member of Alexander Technique International and holds Qualified MBSR Teacher status from the Center for Mindfulness at UMass Medical School and is the owner of Way Opens Wellness in Yardley, PA. She specializes in the Alexander Technique, Somatic Release bodywork, Qigong, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Insight meditation to support body and mind methods of awareness.
Amy Wilson
Wholebeing Guide + Massage Therapist
Amy has been a practitioner of yoga since 2004 and completed her 200-hour certified yoga teacher in 2013. In 2018, Amy completed the massage therapy program at Cortiva Institute in King of Prussia and became a licensed massage therapist. Amy’s services include in-home or office therapeutic massage and yoga sessions. Each session is personalized with care to meet the needs of the client. She believes that massage, yoga, and meditation are useful tools on a path to balance, holistic living, and self-care.
