– A brief 3-minute practice to help you check-in to how you are feeling physically, mentally and emotionally to recenter yourself in the present moment.

– Sitting up or lying down, eyes closed so you can focus on your inner experience, though if you begin to fall asleep then let your eyes open and have a soft gaze.
